Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated September 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Solarfunnels Inc., a Wyoming corporation, doing business as Attimo ("Attimo", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit attimo.ai, use our forms or booking page, talk to our AI voice demo, or receive calls, text messages or emails from us. It also explains the choices and rights you have.
The short version
- We collect what you give us (such as your phone number), what you say to our AI, and technical data from your browser.
- Our AI assistant, Janice, is artificial intelligence. Conversations with her, and our calls, may be recorded and transcribed.
- We call and text only with your consent. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us at any time, and we stop.
- We never share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
- We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok to measure and improve our advertising. You can opt out, and we honor Global Privacy Control.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect about visitors to attimo.ai, people who contact us or ask us to call them, people who use the Janice voice demo, people who book a call with us, and business contacts at our prospective and current clients.
Information we handle for our clients. Attimo builds and runs AI appointment setters for other businesses. When we call, text or email a client's leads on that client's behalf, we act as the client's service provider and follow the client's instructions and our agreement with them. The client's own privacy policy governs that information. If you were contacted about another business's products or services, please contact that business with privacy requests. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the client and help them respond.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Call request forms. Your phone number, whether you ticked the optional text message box, the version of the consent wording you were shown, and the date and time.
- Voice demo and calls. What you say to Janice and to us, including details you choose to share such as your name, company, phone number, email, and what you are looking for. This includes the audio of the conversation while it is processed and a written transcript.
- Booking page. Your name, email, phone number, the time you pick, and anything else you enter when you book a call.
- Text messages and emails. Your messages and replies, and records of consent and opt-out requests.
- Clients. Business contact details, billing contacts, and the information needed to set up and run your service.
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, health information, passwords or other sensitive information through our forms, calls or texts.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
- Approximate location. Country and region derived from your IP address. We use it to serve the United States and Canada and to block spam. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Consent records. When you submit a form we store the IP address, country, and browser details alongside your submission as a record of your consent.
- Cookies, pixels and similar technologies. See Cookies, analytics and advertising.
Information from other sources
- Advertising platforms. If you submit a lead form inside Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok, that platform sends us your answers. Reports from these platforms also tell us how our ads performed.
- Business sources. Public information about businesses, such as a company website or professional profile, and referrals from people who know you.
AI, voice and call recording
Attimo is an AI product, and we use artificial intelligence in our own sales process:
- Janice is an AI. The "Talk to Janice" demo on this site, and many of the calls and texts we send, are handled by an AI assistant using an artificial voice. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
- How the voice demo works. When you start the demo, your browser asks for microphone access and streams your voice to our AI provider, OpenAI, which runs the conversation in real time. The demo lasts up to five minutes. OpenAI processes the audio to provide the service to us and states that it does not train its models on business API data by default. We keep a written transcript and the details Janice noted, not the audio itself.
- Recording and transcripts. Calls with Attimo, including AI calls, may be recorded and transcribed. We use recordings and transcripts to follow up accurately, to schedule meetings, for quality and training of our own scripts, to keep compliance records, and to resolve disputes.
- No voiceprints. We do not use your voice to identify you, and we do not create voiceprints or other biometric identifiers.
- No decisions with legal effect. Our AI helps answer questions, qualify interest and book meetings. It does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- AI can be wrong. AI generated statements can be inaccurate. Only a signed agreement with us sets the terms of any service.
Calls and text messages
When you submit a call request form, you agree that Attimo (Solarfunnels Inc.) may call you at the number you provide about your request and our services, including follow-up calls made with automated technology and an AI voice. When you also tick the optional text message box, you agree to receive automated text messages from Attimo about your request and appointments. When you book a call, you may also receive a confirmation call and reminders about that booking. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything.
- Calling hours. We place automated calls and texts only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request and your replies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. To stop calls, tell us on the call, or contact us at [email protected] or (949) 849-4104. You can revoke consent by any reasonable means, and we honor requests promptly and no later than required by law. We may send one message confirming your opt-out.
- Do not call. We keep an internal do-not-call list, and our written do-not-call policy is available on request.
- Only your own number. Please only submit a phone number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Terms describe the text messaging program in full.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not upload phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data to advertising platforms.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels, tags and software development kits are small pieces of code that tell a provider when a page loads or an action happens, such as a form submission. We and our partners may use these technologies on attimo.ai for the following purposes.
| Tool | What it does | Learn more and opt out |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Measures visits, traffic sources and how pages are used, so we can improve the site. | How Google uses data, browser opt-out |
| Google Ads | Measures which ads lead to inquiries (conversion tracking) and may show our ads to past visitors (remarketing). | My Ad Center |
| Meta Pixel and Conversions API | Measures results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and helps show them to relevant businesses. | Meta Privacy Policy, Ad preferences |
| TikTok Pixel and Events API | Measures results of our TikTok ads and helps show them to relevant businesses. | TikTok Privacy Policy, Ads and your data |
| Hosting and fonts | Our host, Netlify, processes request data to deliver the site and block abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. | Netlify Privacy |
These providers may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages you visit, and actions you take on our site, and may combine it with information they already have about you under their own privacy policies. Where a platform supports it, we may send a hashed (scrambled) email address to match a conversion, but never a phone number or text messaging consent.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of interest based ads from many companies at aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org, and reset or limit ad tracking in your phone's settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, call and text you as you asked, run the voice demo, and schedule and confirm meetings.
- To follow up about Attimo's services, where you have agreed to that.
- To provide, set up, support and bill for services to our clients.
- To measure and improve our website, scripts, AI assistant and advertising.
- To keep records of consent, opt-outs and communications.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to protect our rights and the rights of others.
- To comply with law, legal process and carrier rules.
How we disclose information
- Service providers. Companies that work for us under contract, such as website hosting, our CRM and booking system, cloud infrastructure, phone and text messaging carriers, AI providers (including OpenAI), email, calendar and video meeting tools, and payment processing for clients. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Google, Meta and TikTok, as described in Cookies, analytics and advertising. This never includes your phone number or text messaging consent.
- Our clients. Only when you are a client's lead and we are acting for that client.
- Legal and safety. When required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Attimo, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy's protections.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share information.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws treat allowing advertising partners to collect information through pixels as a "sale" of personal information or "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out of that as described below.
Your privacy choices
Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Use the control below to opt out on this browser. Our analytics and advertising tags check this setting and do not load when you have opted out. Because the setting is stored in your browser, repeat it on each browser and device you use, and again if you clear your browser data. To opt out beyond this browser, email us at [email protected].
Advertising and analytics on this browser
Status: checking your browser settings.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. Browsers' "Do Not Track" settings have no agreed standard, so we rely on GPC instead.
Marketing communications. Reply STOP to texts, tell us on a call, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send messages you need about a service you have with us.
Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and the categories of sources, purposes and recipients.
- Receive a copy of it in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information we collected from or about you.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling in decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
- Not be discriminated against or retaliated against for using these rights.
We extend these rights to all U.S. residents, whether or not their state requires it.
How to make a request. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request", or call (949) 849-4104. To protect you, we verify requests by matching information you give us, such as the phone number or email we have on file, and sometimes by confirming through that number or email. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly. We respond within 45 days, and if we need more time (up to another 45 days) we will tell you why.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy appeal". We will answer within the time your state's law allows. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Exceptions. We may keep information the law requires or allows us to keep, such as records of your consent and opt-out requests, which we keep so that we continue to honor your choices.
